King's Tournament Round 2-3 Report

Round 3: Ivanchuk - Caruna was drawn in 34 moves in a Ruy Lopez
After 3 Rounds of the 2012 King's Tournament in Bucharest, Romania, Vassily Ivanchuk retains the lead with 2.0/3.  See Thursday's post for Round 1 results and details on this Category 20 Tournament.

Caruana (2786) - Nisipeanu (2668) was drawn in 36 moves in an Advance Caro-Kann (B12)


In round 3, both games were also drawn

Nisipeanu - Topalov was drawn in 31 moves in a 2. c3 Sicilian (B22)
Ivanchuk - Caruana was drawn in 34 moves in a Ruy Lopez: Zaitsev (C92)
